    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325. Oil pan & line with parchment paper
    2. Combine Dry ingredients in medium bowl
    3. Whisk together Wey ingredients in a large bowl
    4. Sprinkle Dry ingredients into Wet and mix until only just combined
    5. Pour into baking pan. Bake 40-48 minutes or until a toothpick comes out w/ only a few crumbs. Cool for 2 hours before slicing. 9×11 metal pan works well. Make sure to get the parchment paper up the sides of the pan.

    These are amazing. And yet with that said, next time, I might try to substitute butter for the oil. <3
