Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa (sifted)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
Wet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325. Oil pan & line with parchment paper
- Combine Dry ingredients in medium bowl
- Whisk together Wey ingredients in a large bowl
- Sprinkle Dry ingredients into Wet and mix until only just combined
- Pour into baking pan. Bake 40-48 minutes or until a toothpick comes out w/ only a few crumbs. Cool for 2 hours before slicing. 9×11 metal pan works well. Make sure to get the parchment paper up the sides of the pan.
Notes
These are amazing. And yet with that said, next time, I might try to substitute butter for the oil. <3
